Located on the second floor, the space welcomes you with a spacious front porch—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and watch the city come alive—before heading inside to a thoughtfully designed retreat.
The inviting foyer leads you into a cozy living space complete with stylish furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and an original decorative fireplace that adds a touch of historic character. Just beyond, a formal dining room connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove and ample counter space—ideal for preparing meals at home or enjoying takeout from one of the many restaurants just steps away.
Two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, each feature private ensuite bathrooms and generous closet space. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. In the back mud room, you’ll also find the convenience of a washer and dryer for your stay.
When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be in the center of it all. From brunch on Broughton Street to live music in City Market and sunset views along River Street, Savannah’s most iconic attractions are all within easy walking distance. With a private parking space included, your getaway combines the best of historic charm, modern amenities, and unbeatable location.
The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max.
Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent and signer of agreement must stay on premises for entire booking.
