About Us

Stepping into a Southern Grace Stays property, you immediately feel the embrace of Southern hospitality and the natural beauty of Savannah—the hush of moss-draped oaks swaying in the breeze, the charm of cobblestone streets, and the elegance of historic squares where friends gather under gas lanterns. The city is alive with Southern heritage, warm hospitality, and a kind of beauty that lingers long after you return home. It’s why we choose to call Savannah home, and why we’re so passionate about sharing it with you.

We are a family born and raised in the South, and hospitality is part of our DNA. Nearly three decades ago, we bought our first fixer-upper out of necessity, never imagining it would spark a lifelong love of creating spaces where memories are made. That journey grows into a beachfront rental where Laura, Andy, and their kids spend their summers—days filled with sunshine, nights of card games, and the joy of simply being together.

Laura remembers her own childhood trips to Garden City Beach, with family crammed into one house, the sound of waves drifting through open windows, and mornings that always begin with a box of warm Krispy Kreme donuts her uncle brings home before anyone else is awake. Those simple traditions—filled with laughter, closeness, and comfort—become some of her most cherished memories. They inspire their daughter, Kennedy, to join the company so our guests can create meaningful memories of their own.

Every home in Savannah is designed with that same heart. Laura’s eye for interior design brings in an elegance that feels fresh yet timeless, giving every detail a personal touch. Andy works tirelessly behind the scenes to make each stay flawless. As a family who lives in Savannah and walks these oak-lined streets every day, we understand the magic of this historic town and the joy of treating guests like family.

When you stay at a Southern Grace Stays property, you step into a bespoke, boutique experience crafted for connection—grilling dinner during a girls’ trip, gathering in a sunlit parlor before exploring Savannah’s vibrant culinary scene, or ending the night with laughter under the stars.

For us, Southern hospitality isn’t a tagline. It’s a way of life.

From our family to yours—welcome to Savannah. We hope your time here is as gracious, memorable, and soul-stirring as the city itself.
