What part of Savannah are your properties located in?
Our homes are primarily located in Downtown Savannah and the Savannah historic district. We also offer properties in Guyton, Wilmington Island, and several nearby residential Savannah neighborhoods.
How do I check in once I’m here?
Guests will be provided a private access code 24 hours before check-in.
What type of properties do you offer?
We offer vacation homes, condos, townhomes, executive suites for longer stays, snowbird rentals, and pet-friendly properties. Our rentals range from studio to 8 bedrooms.

We pride ourselves on providing a bespoke, boutique experience. Each of our homes is designed with an eye for interior design, including unique murals and furnishings as well as hidden surprises like bedrooms with a slide or a hidden candy room. We offer historic properties where every stay is designed to help you feel the embrace of Southern hospitality and the natural beauty of Savannah.
What is included with the rentals?
We offer everything you need for a truly welcoming stay including essentials like towels, bedsheets, soap and toilet paper, bed linens, extra pillows, clothing storage, TVs, Wi-Fi, and more. Reach out to our team if you have any questions about what is included with your specific property!
Do you offer properties for groups?
Yes! We welcome responsible groups including girls trips and bachelorette parties. Any of our 5+ bedroom rentals would be a great choice for your group. Please not that the primary renter must be 25+ and we kindly ask that you refrain from any large parties or events that could impact the condition of the home for future guests.
Are your properties pet-friendly? What is your pet policy?
We love your furry friends! Many of our properties welcome pets. We charge a pet fee per dog, welcoming 2 dogs in most rentals. Pets must be 50 lbs or less. Please note that emotional support animals are also subject to pet fees. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. We provide full or partial refunds depending on how close you are to your stay dates. Please contact our team if you have any questions.
