Located right in between beautiful Downtown Savannah, known for manicured parks, horse-drawn carriages and antebellum architecture, and Tybee Island, home to a close-knit community, and wide clean beaches with warm and gentle waves, this home will have all your family needs

This cozy home has been renovated, furnished, and decorated with you in mind. The home is full of light, comfort, and amenities that will enhance your Savannah experience.

Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, and the driveway. The garage is also available for guests, but it is not available for parking as it has been converted to be a game room. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.

*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space is treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not allowed.

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at noon the day of your arrival.

The space is hypoallergenic dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends.

Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.

The property is located in a residential neighborhood in Wilmington Island. It is a very safe location with friendly and respectful neighbors. Please be mindful that it is a residential neighborhood, so speed limits and quiet hours must be respected. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.

The property sits on Pointe N. Drive. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony.

The neighborhood is ideally located, allowing you to reach any destination in Savannah with ease. You'll find numerous convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a nearby Walmart and Publix, ensuring you have everything you need for a hassle-free stay.

The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (15-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.

There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately seven minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.

Laura and Andy are a dynamic couple with a deep passion for traveling the world and exploring new places. As residents of Savannah, a city they fell in love with, they bring their diverse experiences and love for adventure into their daily lives. They have twin girls who are currently attending college, and they share their home with a small dog they rescued. Laura, an avid cook with a flair for interior design, enjoys creating unique and inviting spaces. Andy, on the other hand, finds joy in woodworking, turning his hobby into beautiful creations. Their shared enthusiasm for home renovation even landed them on a TV show, where they showcased their skills and creativity. They are dedicated to sharing their beautifully designed homes with guests, ensuring that every stay is filled with memorable experiences and the charm of Savannah.
